In-Scope Activities
Current-State Assessment & Gap Analysis
Conduct stakeholder interviews to document existing processes, data flows, systems, and reporting.
Map current-state processes; identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Produce a diagnostic report with recommendations and proposed future-state design.
Future-State Process Design & Documentation
Develop standardized, end-to-end processes and define governance structures, approvals workflows, and control points to ensure data quality and compliance.
Design a reporting framework including:
Management dashboards and Manning Boards
Plan-versus-actual reports
Trends, compliance metrics.
Analyses and forecasts
Training & Change Management
Develop and deliver on-site and/or remote training for staff and management.
Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder communications to support adoption.
Governance, Quality Assurance & Risk Management
Establish data quality checks, validation rules, and audit trails.
Create an issue-tracking and remediation process.
Deliver a risk assessment with mitigation strategies and a formal control plan.
